Singapore 4 September 2007. Beans Group is delighted
to announce that it has been awarded the "Innovation
Award 2007" at the IBM Impact Event 2007.
This award recognizes Beans Group's innovative
use of IBM WebSphere SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)
technology to develop adapters for the iSeries
and zSeries platforms. These adapters have allowed
applications on these platforms such as SilverLake
and Alltel Core Banking to enable direct pluggability
onto the SOA's Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) hence
providing a seamless path towards SOA migration.
Since venturing onto the SOA journey, the Group
has put its experience and expertise in assisting
leading organizations such as Hong Leong Bank,
RHB, Media Development Authority (Singapore) etc.
to embark on their SOA route. This award is a
recognition of the efforts made.
